Policies for Catering Plus, LLC
Catering Plus, LLC will provide the meal, serving dishes and utensils, disposable dishware and staff for buffet or served dinners. We do not charge a gratuity, however, a tip is always appreciated by our servers for a job well done.
A deposit or $100.00 is due upon booking, ($500.00 deposit for a wedding) this will reserve the date chosen for your event. Should you need to change that date the deposit will be transferred, provided the new date is available. The deposit will not be refunded should you cancel within 180 days of the event. The balance is expected on the day of the event unless other arrangements have been made in advance.
The final guaranteed count of guests is due two weeks prior and this is the amount you will pay for unless your party exceeds that count, upon which you will be charged the higher amount. Should you have less than the guaranteed amount we will be happy to leave the difference in meals with you, provided you supply containers in which to put them in and there is refrigeration on site.
